Hello All,
We hope you and your family are doing well. We know it is a crazy time, but in an effort to stay engaged and active while we wait for clearance, we have put together some ball skills and fitness videos to help keep focused and active. Since we are sending this to different age groups, some modifications/changes will be needed -- please use your judgement.
Stay healthy and see you soon!!

Once again, these workouts are not mandated and we recommend that if you choose to partake, please do so in a safe environment and practice your social distancing.

Staying HEALTHY and SAFE are paramount and should be the primary goals for all families during this time off. Student athletes who desire to SELF TRAIN can proceed ONLY with the permission of their parent(s) and under the direct supervision of their parent(s). To be clear- the PDA does not require or recommend self training and it is entirely up to each individual family. Parents will be fully responsible for the SAFETY and HEALTH of their children should they decide to self train. Again, before begining this or any exercise program, make sure you have your parents approval.
We care about you and wish you and your family well.
